OMG! I saw Sheila (my niece) today and she has lost weight! And I don’t mean she looked a bit ‘better’, I mean she LOST a lot! I couldn’t wait for her to tell me what she was on and she said it was NutriSystem. I think I’ve heard of this before. “Isn’t this the one where I constantly weigh food and cook only this or that?”
Apparently, I wasn’t ‘in touch’ with NutriSystem at all because Sheila said this diet program doesn’t require you to constantly weigh food. But when she told me I didn’t even have to cook, I was damn skeptical. And that she said the food would be delivered to me! Ok, by this time, my eyebrow was almost reaching the roof. It just sounded too good to be true. But then again, Sheila was sitting there right in front me TONS of pounds lighter so I kept my mouth shut 
The more she talked about this nutrisystem, the more I got really interested. I must admit, I’m really very careful now. I REALLY don’t want to fail on this attempt. Honestly, I wasn’t really on to the 101 diets I’ve tried before. I know some of them were my own fault - not committed enough, didn’t want to give up chips, etc.) but some diets were really not just working for me! This time, I want to choose one that’s really good for me AND something that’s not impossible to maintain, I asked Sheila where I can get more info on this NutriSystem thing and she said www.nutrisystem.com… duh!
